Responsibilities:
Remotely view surveillance footage in real-time using IVIS software
Verify suspicious activity, potential intruders, or threats
Determine whether the use of remote deterrents is necessary
Develop clear, concise assessments of potential security incidents and create detailed drafts of the account
Perform various office duties including, but not limited to, filing paperwork, making copies, sending faxes
Qualifications:
Must be able to read and write in a professional manner
18 years or older
Experience using a PC
Surface-level ability to use MS Office applications
Must remain alert and focused for extensive amounts of time while reviewing surveillance footage on computer monitor
Recommended Skills:
Previous experience in security, CCTV surveillance, call centers, customer service, or sales
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operation of all IVIS monitoring functions. Ensure that all tasks are completed. Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all records/reports and documentation
Follow-up training of screeners and screener performance evaluation
Develop strategies to improve intervention responsiveness and performance
Assist the IVIS team and law enforcement in investigations relating to security incidents
Coordinate with installers and technicians for installations and troubleshooting requests
Coordinate with the IVIS onboarding team to get new client sites online
Communicate effectively with monitoring team to identify potential threats and improvise solutions
Ability to multitask and monitor suspicious activity via video surveillance at multiple locations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years previous supervision-level security experience
Ability to speak fluent English required
Individual must be computer literate
Must be available to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to demonstrate and apply analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate and work with all levels of labor and management to ensure all security procedures are being enforced
